Gear freewheel



Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the differential (see. Subsection 6.6).
2. Clamp the body 15 (Fig. Rear Differential) differential in the grip.
3. Remove the retaining ring 9.
4. Remove bolts 1 and remove the retaining plate 2.
5. Remove the thrust plate 3.
6. Remove the freewheel gear assembly.
7. Remove the washer 5.
8. Turn the inner ring 7 gear freewheel to the right and remove it.
9. Remove the freewheel gear 6 of the housing 4.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation of the freewheel gear is carried out in reverse order of removal. Install the inner ring 7 gear freewheel by turning it to the right. Install a new retaining ring 9.

Check gear freewheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car.
2. Turn the rear wheels in the direction of forward movement. There should be felt resistance.
3. Turn the rear wheels in the direction of backward movement. Thus the transmission must be driven through the front wheels.
4. Run the engine for 30 seconds to check the lock gear freewheel.
5. Turn the ignition switch, reverse gear and the clutch pedal is depressed.
6. When turning the rear wheel back and forth should feel a slight resistance. In both cases, must be driven by the front wheels.
