Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the transfer case.
2. Mark the relative position of the output flange 2 and the crankcase 7 transfer case.
3. Unscrew the nut 1.
4. Remove the outlet flange 2.
5. Remove the protective cap 37.
6. Remove the retaining ring 36 and the washer 35.
7. Remove the flange 34 of the half-line with the spring 33, washer 32 and spacer ring 31.
8. Remove the output shaft 20 on the other side.
9. Remove the screws 30 and remove the retaining plate 29.
10. Unscrew the nut 27 with the ring.
11. Remove the bolts 15.
12. Disconnect the transfer case.
13. Remove the driven gear 12 and the pinion gear 22.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Transfer case assembly is carried out in reverse order. Before connecting the crankcase halves to grease their mating surfaces with sealant. Tighten bolts of fastening of the crankcase 15 to 25 Nm.
