Adjust the belt power steering pump

Belt drive power steering pump car with VR6 engine does not need to be adjusted.

To check the belt drive power steering pump car with four-cylinder engine, push your finger in the center of the belt (Fig. 7.9). Deflection of a belt shall not exceed 5 mm. If the belt deflection is greater loosen the tensioner nut, move it to a belt tensioner and tighten the nut.
