The procedure for disassembly / assembly of the engine



If major repairs or replacement of the engine is first removed all the auxiliary devices and only then have a complete disassembly. Assistive devices are removed in the following order (build / equip the engine with additional devices is carried out in the reverse order listed):
- Pump hydraulic power assisted steering (if fitted equipment);
- The air conditioning compressor (if fitted equipment);
- Generator complete with brackets;
- starter;
- Engine management system (its sub - system of ignition and injection);
- Engine harnesses;
- Inlet and exhaust manifolds;
- Dipstick and housing;
- Support of the engine;
- Flywheel or faceplate.
To overhaul the engine versed in the following order:
- The timing with all toothed pulleys and tensioning;
- The cylinder head;
- oil pump;
- Pistons / rods in the assembly;
- crankshaft.
