Verifying freewheel

Verifying freewheel spend in the following order:

hang out the front of the vehicle;

Rotate the rear wheel forward and back (forward wheels should spin freely and the back with a noticeable resistance);

briefly start up the engine and switch it off;

Switch on the ignition and reverse gear. Rotate the rear wheel back and forth (front wheel must rotate with a noticeable resistance).
