A warning

When installing, use the new self-locking nuts 2, 4, 12, 22, 23, 25, 27, 33, 34.

On the lower side Hájek 25, 27, 34 and has special notches must be used when installing the nut with similar notches.

Installation desirable to use new bolts 7, 17, 19, 28, 30, 35.

When tightening the bolt 19, the car should stand on wheels.

The moments of a tightening bolt 19:
- Screw M14 (width across flats 14 mm) 115 Nm + tighten on a corner 180 ?,
- Screw M16 (width across flats 17 mm) 190 Nm + tighten.

The moments of a tightening bolt 37:
- Bolt M8 40 Nm
- Bolt M10 80 Nm.

Bolt 40 is used for fixing the wire shafts trehplechim hinge.

The lever 15 can only be removed with the bracket.

If the hydraulic oil flows support, the support must be replaced.

The arrow on the clevis 29 indicates the front of the vehicle.

Do not lift the car for the lower front frame 36.

The clamp 42 is mounted on the lower front wishbone.

Suspension is a link between the body and wheels. Through them, to the body forces acting on the wheel. The elements included in the suspension, soften dynamic loads, reduce body movements, provide good stability and smooth running of the car.

Bearing element of the front axle is lower front crossmember. The power unit is attached to the beam through the appropriate support.

The front suspension of the car are four independent wishbone. This reduces the transfer of vibration to the vehicle body.

Helical spring assembly with damper installed inside them are of an amortization rack. The upper part of the strut is attached to the upper arm front suspension and the lower - to the cross arm.

The torque from the transmission to the wheels is transmitted using the drive shaft with constant velocity joints.

Each shaft has three parts: the inner and outer constant velocity joints (CV joints) and the central part of the shaft.

Slotted tip of the outer casing of the hinge is inserted into the wheel hub and is fixed with a nut. CV joints are lubricated with grease, which can only be replaced when disassembling the hinge.

A warning

It is strictly forbidden to carry out welding and straightening work on the elements of the front suspension. Always Replace self-locking nuts and bolts with traces of corrosion.
