Steering wheel



Elements of the steering wheel (with four spokes)

1 - the steering wheel,
2 - a bolt with corrugated deepening on a key 60 Nm
3 - a bolt, 75 Nm
4 - screw 5 Nm
5 - fixing plate,
6 - airbag,
7 - An one-airbag connector

A warning

Bolt 2 has a protective coating and can be used no more than five times.

When installing the bolt 3 is desirable to replace the hex bolt on bolt with corrugated deepening on a key.


Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the air bag to the central part of the steering wheel.
2. Establish forward wheels for movement directly forward. Thus the steering wheel should be in the middle position.
3. Using a marker or a paint, note mutual position of the steering wheel and the steering shaft.
4. Remove the center bolt of the steering wheel and remove the steering wheel from the steering shaft.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the steering wheel to the steering shaft splines so as to coincide the labels put before removal of the steering wheel. When installing the steering wheel front wheels must be set to rectilinear motion, and turns the switch must be in the neutral position.
2. Secure the steering wheel bolt with corrugated deepening on a key and tighten it to 60 Nm.
3. Replace the airbag.
4. Spend a control trip. When the vehicle is moving in a straight line steering wheel spokes must be in a horizontal position. Otherwise, remove the steering wheel and move it during installation in the appropriate direction. Check and, if necessary, adjust the wheel alignment.
5. Check the operation of the audio signal and turns the switch automatically return to the neutral position after cornering.
