Check and fill Transmission oil



NOTE
Checking the transmission oil presently known methods is impossible.
It was changed the slope of the power unit.

Therefore, the lower edge of the filling hole 1 is below the new oil level 2 (Fig. 3.55).
The oil level in the gearbox can be checked only with the full release of the transmission oil and a new filling.

Preparation
Remove the air filter assembly.
Remove soundproofing.
Clean the gearbox.

ATTENTION
For the release of the transmission oil spigot for forks in the gearbox must be removed.
In order to position the forks are not changed, eg., Due to unintentional pressing of the shift actuator, it is necessary to set the shift shaft.

Click on the selector shaft down (the direction of the arrow 1) (Fig. 3.49).
When pressed on the shift shaft, turn the corner in the direction of the arrow A 2-up, and at the same time gently push it in until it clicks into switching shaft.

Release transmission oil
To collect the gear oil, use a clean receptacle with a capacity of 3.0 liters with scale.
Selector shaft must be fixed.

1 Remove the drain plug and then remove the pin 2 and release the gear oil (Fig. 3.56).
Establish a pin 2 with a new seal.
Tighten the drain plug 1 (Fig. 3.49).
After that, return the area A to the original position (the arrow) to shift shaft again I had a free lift

Fill transmission oil
Top up gear oil in the tank to 1.9 liters.

Remove reversing light switch (Fig. 3.57).
Connect tube (length 600 mm, outer diameter 10 mm) with a standard funnel.
Insert the hose into the opening of the switch mounting reversing lamps. (2nd mechanic) and fill with gear oil.
Again, set the reversing light.
Check the operation of the drive gear.
Install the air filter housing assembly.
Install soundproofing.
