Installing gearbox

All threaded holes into which the bolts were screwed self-stopped / screws Carefully clean the residue from the tap lock threaded connections.
Self-locking nuts and bolts replace always.
Check whether there are any-fitting sleeves for centering the engine / gearbox to the engine block, if necessary, insert them.
In the absence of fitting sleeves difficulties arise when switching, problems of coupling and, accordingly, the noise in the gearbox (crack in the drive wheels).
Observe the correct position of the metal gasket on the engine.
Clean input shaft splines and apply a thin layer of grease for clutch plate splines.
Clutch Disc must be easy to move around on the input shaft.
To install the gearbox ?02S? mounting bracket is equipped with a mounting template.
Place the jaws of the mounting bracket according to the installation position of the hole pattern.

Location of the mounting bracket

Fasteners A and C (screws) screw, as shown in the installation template (Fig. 3.63).
Set the gearbox on the tilter.
Installation template to orient parallel to the gearbox.
Screw the finger in the hole for the fixing screw the lower support of the power unit on the gearbox.
Install the tilting device under the car, in the template provided on the installation direction of the vehicle.
Lift the transmission to the engine itself.
Press motor slightly forward (2nd mechanic).
Bring the gearbox to the mounting position relative to the engine and install it.
Screw the bottom bolts of fastening of a transmission to the engine and tighten them to the proper torque.
After screwing the transmission to the engine disconnect with gear rack from the checkpoint.

Small plate

A small guard, if any, set behind the right flange shaft (Fig. 3.2).
Screw the upper bolts transmission to the engine and tighten them to the proper torque.

Fixing console gearbox

A support arm to install transmission with new hexagon bolts and tighten them with the appropriate torque (Fig. 3.61).
Set the engine / transmission using both spindles traverse In the loading position.
Install new bolts of the left support of the unit and tighten with the torque.

ATTENTION
Traverse clear only when all the bolts of the unit supports the left and right will be tightened with the required torque.

NOTE
Engine support / gearbox installed without stress.

Set the drive shaft on the gearbox.

Protective cover for the internal rules SHRUS

Install a protective cap for the inner right SHRUS if present (Fig. 3.59).
Install subframe / lower arm with pendulum support.
Install the steering mechanism on subframe.
Install pendulum support to gearbox.
Assemble exhaust system and set on a frame bracket for the exhaust system.

Fixing rod exhaust system
Fig. 3.62. Fixing rod exhaust system

1 Set the post exhaust system to the transmission and exhaust system and tighten the bolts to torque (mounting on the exhaust system is not visible in Figure 3.62).
Install the clutch slave cylinder and tighten the bolts to torque.
Then install the support box A and tighten to the appropriate torque.
Connect to the switch 1 reversing light.

Connectors reversing light switch and starter

Install the bracket B on the gearbox (Fig. 3.24).
Insert a tube-pressure hose pipe A into the bracket B in the gearbox.
Install the cable stops on the gearbox and tighten bolts to specified torque.

Attaching cables clutch and gear knob

Set the gearshift lever A (Fig. 3.23).
4 Tighten the nut to specified torque.
Install intermediate lever and fix it in the lock washer 3.
Apply a small amount of lubricant on the gear lever pins A and intermediate lever B.

Fixing transmission to the engine
