Removing gearbox



If the engine mounting lugs to the boom A blocked casing or housing of the air filter, you must first remove the last.
Remove the air filter assembly, if it is located in the battery.
Remove the battery casing and the battery bracket.

Remove the lock washer 1 for shift cable to the shift lever A (Fig. 3.23).
Remove the lock washer 2 for selector cable from the intermediate lever B (Fig. 3.23).
Remove the shift cable and select cable with pins.
Remove the lock washer 3 intermediate lever B and remove the lever.
Remove the gearshift lever A by loosening the nut 4 (Fig. 3.23).
Disconnect the cable from the stress transmission.
Then tie the top of the shift cable and select cable.

Remove the bracket B with gearbox and pull it from the tube-hose line A (Fig. 3.24).

Then remove the gearbox support A (Fig. 3.25).
Remove the clutch slave cylinder and put it in, fix the wire line does not open.

ATTENTION
The clutch pedal is no longer pressing.

Remove a wire of weight from the upper bolts of a transmission to the engine.

Disconnect the connector 1 from the reversing light switch (Fig. 3.58).
Then unplug the connector from the starter motor 2 and line 3.
Then remove the upper mounting screw on the starter.
Remove the screws that secure the top of the gearbox / engine.
Disconnect all hoses and wires extending in the eyelets for attaching to the engine traverses A.
Set the gripper with the adapters before focusing hood.
Lightly tighten the unit motor / gearbox using spindles.
Screw the bracket to the rear three receiving opening bracket battery.
To do this, use a bolt with a shoulder M6h80 or bracket mounting bolt battery.
Loosen the wheel bolts to the left and right front wheels.
Raise the vehicle.
Remove the front wheels.
Remove soundproofing.
Remove the bottom of the locker of the front left wing.
Then, be sure to disconnect all hoses from the gearbox.

Remove, if present, the protective cover for the internal law of the CV joints (Fig. 3.59).
Disconnect the exhaust system on the twin clamp and unscrew bracket for the exhaust pipe on the subframe.
Disconnect drive shafts from the flange shafts and secure them in the highest position without damaging the protective coating.
Remove the connecting rods from the left and right stabilizer.

Unscrew the nut of the ball joint to the mounting arm (Fig. 3.60).
Remove the bottom support of the power unit with the gearbox.
Remove the steering mechanism and the sub-frame tie up this mechanism.
Before removing the secure stretcher.
Remove the subframe with pendulum support, stabilizer and suspension arms.
Remove the hex screws on the left support of the power unit with gearbox pillow.
Give the unit motor / gearbox inclined position, which by means of the screw shaft lower traverse A.

Remove the rod 1 exhaust system with gearbox and exhaust system (mounting bar to the exhaust system is not visible in the figure) (Fig. 3.62).
Remove the starter.
The mounting bracket is equipped to remove the gearbox ?�02S?� installation template.
Install the mounting bracket on the tilter.
Place the jaws of the mounting bracket according to the installation position of the hole pattern.

Elements of fastening screw A and C, as shown on the installation template (Fig. 3.63).
Tilter must be put under the car, the arrow in the installation template shows the direction of travel (Fig. 3.63).
Align the mounting template parallel to the gearbox and secure it to the fixing support.
Then twist your finger in the hole for the fixing screw the lower support of the power unit on the gearbox.
Remove the bolts at the bottom of the gearbox to the engine.
Press gearbox from fitting sleeves and carefully lower it.
Change the position of the gearbox is lowered by means of the spindles of the mounting bracket.

NOTE
When lowering gearbox follow all the lines.
