Removing and installing the support bracket



Withdrawal
Remove the steering column.
Remove the instrument cluster.

Remove the screws under the console (Fig. 5.15).

Slide 1 in the direction of the plug and remove it from the receptacle to the support bracket (Fig. 5.16).
Remove the bolt A.
Remove the screws in the console mount on the body.

NOTE
The bolts are screwed in from the crossbar.

Unscrew bolts 1 and 2 and remove the support bracket from the body (Fig. 5.17).

Setting
Insert the support bracket and screw the bolts 1 and 2.
Tighten the screws B.

NOTE
The bolts are screwed in from the crossbar.

Screw the bolt A.
Insert 1 in the receptacle in the support bracket and push it against the stop.
Tighten the screws under the console.
Install the steering column.
Install the instrument cluster.
Then perform basic setting steering angle sensor wheel with a tester.
