The components of the drive shaft to the joint tipoidnym AAR3300i 6-speed automatic gearbox 09M shown in Figure 3.114.

Dismantling
Open clamp the internal hinge and slide the boot from the adapter.
Remove the hinge element from the drive shaft.

Removing retaining ring

Remove the retaining ring (Fig. 3.115).
Insert the drive shaft in a vise.

Extract the sprocket hinge "Tripod" with the drive shaft (Fig. 3.116).
Remove the boot shaft.
Clean the shaft of the hinge element and groove seal.

Assembly
Push the smaller CV joint boot band on the shaft.
Push the boot on the shaft.
Push the joint housing onto the shaft.

Setting an asterisk tripod (conical drive shaft)
The chamfer in the splined hole tripod serves as a reference for installation and should be directed towards the shaft.

Push the tripod at the end of the splined shaft and press in until it stops (Fig. 3.117).
Make sure that pressing the force does not exceed 3.0 tons
If necessary, the slotted end of the drive shaft holes and slots tripod apply grease G 052 142 A2.
Install the lock ring, watch seated properly.
Enter hinge "Tripod" 70 grams of lubricant for the drive shafts of the repair kit.
Slide the yoke by means of rollers and secure.
Enter from the rear of the hinge "Tripod" 60 grams of lubricant for the drive shafts of the repair kit.
Install the boot.

Push the tripod at the end of the splined shaft and press in until it stops.
Make sure that pressing the force does not exceed 3.0 tons
If necessary, the slotted end of the drive shaft holes and slots tripod apply grease G 052 142 A2.
Install the lock ring, watch seated properly.
Enter hinge "Tripod" 70 grams of lubricant for the drive shafts of the repair kit.
Slide the yoke by means of rollers and secure.
Enter from the rear of the hinge "Tripod" 60 grams of lubricant for the drive shafts of the repair kit.

Slide the boot on the adapter and make sure the boot is well embedded into the groove of the adapter (Fig. 3.118).
Install the clamp and crimp pliers for mounting clamps to ensure a good seal.
