1. Set the spring tension arm with a sealing ring and sealing washer and tighten to a torque of 100 Nm    A warning    Clean the threads with a wire brush before installing and coat the sealing (the thread must be degreased).

|   2. Insert the sealing cap.  | 
|   3. Hook the tension spring.  | 
  4. Tighten the shock absorber tensioning device up to 25 Nm, and at the bottom with a torque of 20 Nm    A warning    If you are installing a new shock absorber, the pre therefrom sure to remove the air.  For this installation position repeatedly move back and forth in the piston rod.

|   5. The engine capacity of 2.0 liters: tighten the belt pulley the coolant pump with a torque of 10 Nm  (screw with internal hexagon) or 15 Nm  (torsion bolt).  | 
|   6. Screw the tensioning pulley to 25 Nm  (2.0 liter engine) or 30 Nm  (engine 2,2 / 2,5).  Insert the sealing cap.  | 
|   7. Install the V-ribbed belt.  | 
|   8. Install the fan shroud.  | 
|   9. Install the hydraulic clutch fan.  |
