Dismantling the output shaft

Details of the driven shaft
Fig. 185. Details of the driven shaft: 1 - gearbox housing; 2 - Installation of the bearing thrust ring, outside; 3 - tapered roller bearing; 4 - an adjusting washer; 5 - turn on the first transmission gear; 6 - the needle bearing; 7 - the inner ring of the synchronizer of the first transmission; 8 - an external ring of the synchronizer of the first transmission; 9 - first gear synchronizer ring; 10 - thrust ring; 11 - Synchronizer (sliding sleeve and the hub switch first / second gear, 12 - Spring synchronizer; 13 - sliding sleeve; 14 - a nave of the synchronizer; 15 - crackers; 16 - the spring of the synchronizer; 17 - synchronizer ring second gear, 18 - an external ring of the synchronizer second gear, 19 - an internal ring of the synchronizer of the second transmission; 20 - the second gear, 21 - thrust ring; 22 - the needle bearing of the second gear, 23 - the third speed gear, 24 - thrust ring; 25 - the thrust ring; 26 - a gear wheel of the fourth transmission; 27 - the driven shaft; 28 - tapered roller bearing, 29 - adjusting the thrust ring of the bearing; 30 - Compensation washer (must be selected); 31 - clutch; 32 - setting the thrust ring; 33 - the plug of the needle bearing; 34 - the needle bearing of the fifth gear; 35 - a gear wheel of the fifth transfer; 36 - the fifth gear synchronizer ring; 37 - the spring of the synchronizer; 38 - a nave of the synchronizer of the fifth transfer; 39 - the fifth-gear sliding sleeve; 40 - thrust ring

The output shaft is shown in Fig. 185 as a circuit diagram, which should be used when disassembling. It must be remembered that the details of the fifth gear are on the back side of the gearbox, ie they are dismantled.
To disassemble the machine shaft must be:
- To establish a shaft in a press with pressure plates at the first gear 5, extrude tapered roller bearing 3 and adjusting the thrust ring 4;
- Remove the two rings 8 and 9 of the synchronizer and the needle bearing 6;
- To remove the tension of the thrust ring 10. In this case, act in accordance with Fig. 184. Otherwise rebound ring;

- Re-install the shaft under pressure, but this time put a pressure plates under the gear 20 (see. Fig. 185), the second transfer. Press out the shaft (Fig. 186). Remove from the shaft 27, synchronizer 11, the ring 17 and the synchronizer 18, the second transmission gear 20 and the needle bearing 22;

- Extruded gear 23 of the third transfer, to remove both stop rings 24 and 25 in accordance with the recommendations of Fig. 184 and press out the fourth gear 26 (see. Fig. 185);
- If you need to replace the tapered roller bearing 28, then it must be removed using an appropriate stripper;
- Remove the sliding sleeve with the switching hub. If necessary, remove the tension on both springs 12 and 16 of the synchronizer and pull three biscuit 15. The hub switch and sliding sleeve includes one synchronizer assembly. When replacement parts hub switch should always be replaced complete with the sliding sleeve.
