In Fig. 160 and 161 show details of the gearbox. The following notes refer to these drawings. To disassemble the gear box should be the following: - Drain the transmission oil. Insert adapter mounted on the head in one of the holes on the drive flange and lean screwdriver of the bolt as shown in Fig. 162. Remove the bolt. Both flange turning away the same way;

- Remove drive flange from the transaxle case, which arranged under the flange two blades used for removing tires. Note that the left and right flanges differ in length and have a different label. Flange transmission housing (left side) - the shorter; - Remove on both sides of the spring 15 (see. Fig. 161), shim 14 and a conical ring 13. Burt conical ring faces the shim; - Using Fig. 160, unscrew the three bolts 1 rear cover 2 and remove the gasket 3; - Finger gear mounted on the control shaft and including the fifth gear. To do this, take into thrust shift fork gearbox and expand it to the left;

- As shown in Fig. 163 Loosen the lock nut 1 by switching the plug and unscrew the screw 2 with the ball head. Remove the plug 5 (see. Fig. 160), the fifth-gear with sliding clutch 4; - Reinstall the sliding sleeve on the synchronizer hub;

- Unscrew the screw A (Fig. 164) for the fifth gear. To enable this fifth gear (arrow 1), and the second gear. For the second speed to repeat movements along arrows 2 and 3; - Again, remove the hub switch to fifth gear and turn off the second gear; - Remove the retainer 6 (see. Fig. 160). There can be installed thrust ring. When assembling the lock can be replaced by a snap ring of appropriate size. Catch a snap ring are in the position shown in Fig. 165;

- Puller set the pinion 9 and remove the fifth-gear synchronizer hub 7 with the pinion; - To remove the needle bearing 10; - Set screwdriver under the shim 12 for the fifth gear and remove the washer from the shaft together with the bearing sleeve 11 of the needle bearing; - Remove the snap ring 21 (see. Fig. 161) and remove the fifth-gear pinion 20 from the shaft. Pinion pressing or by using two screwdrivers, set on two opposing sides, or the corresponding stripper. Please note: The bevel gear should be turned toward the tapered roller bearing; - Compress using forceps shown in Fig. 166 a spring ring and remove it

; - Unscrew the bolts from the clutch transmission housing; - Remove the clutch housing. The sealing surface inserted two locating pins and may need to apply several blows with a rubber mallet to separate into two housing parts. Another option is to knock the dowel pins beard through the crankcase; - Remove the differential;

- Remove the sealing plugs from the side of the gearbox. They are removed by a mallet. Fig. 167 shows how the tool is set. Instead, the tool can be 771/38 mm screw bolt M7h35. To do this, cut a bolt head and perform a bevel in the thread to screw the spacer 771/15; - Remove the shaft of the gearshift. If required, the use of barbs in accordance with Fig. 168;

- Remove the spring (arrow place in Fig. 169), located between the finger 1 and the switch gear 2 console (Fig. 169), and remove the thumb shift. Below that is the bolt that holds the switching arm and the sleeve; - Disconnect the reversing light switch. Nearby are three mounting bolts reverse gear. Unscrew the bolts; - Remove thrust forks fifth gear and reverse, as well as the reverse gear shift lever, using Fig. 170;
