Removal of the primary and the driven shaft
Primary shaft can be removed together with the driven shaft. If necessary to replace the primary shaft or the tapered roller bearing, the drive shaft need to adjust again as described below. To remove the primary and the driven shaft, proceed as follows:
| Fig. 179. Location of parts in the gearbox: 1 - finger shift; 2 - bolt 16 Nm; 3 - bush for the mount shift lever; 4 - the shift lever; 5 - a stopper; 6 - shaft of the gearshift; 7 - the transmission housing; 8 - safety clip for the fifth gear fork; 9 - screw-threaded plug; 10, 11 - threaded plug; 12 - directing the fifth gear
|
- Split gearbox housing and clutch housing as described in Section. 8.2.1. Fig. 179 shows the parts located in the gearbox. Some items may already be removed, if the gearbox has been completely dismantled. Shaft 6 (fig. 179) of the gearshift must clear the mandrel after the tube 5 is removed (see. Fig. 167). The mandrel is installed as shown in Fig. 168. If necessary to remove the gearshift finger 1 (see. Fig. 179), after the installation or replacement should hold its adjustment, as described in the previous section to establish alignment with the coupling sleeve.

Bearing shift lever 4 can be removed after unscrewing the bolt 2 and remove the sleeve 3: - To turn on the one hand gearbox two plugs 9 and 10 and release them under the items; - Unscrew the screw plug 11 of the gearbox housing. He holds the shaft in the crankcase backing; - Knock reversing shaft 7 (Fig. 180);

|
- The input shaft, output shaft, gear reversing the shaft reversing gear and the two guides put together and pull in one piece from the crankcase, as shown in Fig. 181;

- To carry out the disassembly excavated set of gears transmission into separate parts. Fig. 180 shows how the items are associated with each other. Fork gear simply removed from the sliding sleeves synchronizers. All the items before checking thoroughly rinsed.
