Set the thermostat so that the bleed screw located on top (Fig. 7.22).
Install O-ring into the housing of the thermostat.

Install the thermostat housing and fix bolts, having tightened their moment of 10 Nm. In the thread of the bolt 2 (see. Fig. 7.21), apply sealant, thread lock.
Slide the timing belt on the tensioner pulley.

Allen wrench to turn the 8 mm toothed belt tensioner pulley clockwise to a torque of 15 Nm, remove the locking pin diameter of 2 mm (see. Fig. 7.20), and release the key.

Install the cooling fan bracket and fasten the bolts (see. Fig. 7.19).
Install poly V-belt.
Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system.
Start the engine and check the cooling system for leaks.
