Remove ribbed belt.

Remove the bolt radiator fan with viscous coupling, keeping the axis of rotation of the fan the other wrench (Fig. 7.18).
Remove the bolt idler arm to the radiator fan.

Remove the bolts of the lower toothed belt 4 (Fig. 7.19).
Drain the coolant from the cooling system.

Allen wrench to turn the 8 mm toothed belt tensioner pulley clockwise and fix the pin diameter of 2 mm (Fig. 7.20).

Move, but do not remove completely, timing belt tensioner pulley (Fig. 7.21).
Remove the bolts 1-3 (see. Fig. 7.21) and remove the thermostat housing and the thermostat.
