Setting



Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, taking into account the following.
When installing the automatic transmission needs to be replaced with new all self-locking nuts and bolts are tightened dovorachivaniem at a certain angle, and all O-rings and gaskets.
When installing, check for centering sleeves, determine the relative positions of the engine and gearbox.
Clean the threads of the fixing composition of the flange driveshaft.
Install the torque converter to the gearbox.
Check that when installing the gearbox do not get caught pipes, wires and electrical connectors.
Install the transmission between the sub-frame and the car body.
Align gearbox to engine.
Turn the lever gear selection shaft clockwise until it stops, while it should clearly be fixed.
Set the selector lever in the car in position "P" and secure the ball selector lever cable to the shaft gear selection.

Before installing the gearbox, ensure that the rack in the rotated clockwise (see. Fig. 9.27).

All models
Screw the upper bolts of a transmission to the engine.

Set multifunction switch F125 and screw it (see. Fig. 9.24).
Jack lift the rear of the engine together with the gearbox.
Screw the remaining three screws on the gearbox to the engine.
Establish a reception exhaust pipe.
Set the sub-frame and secure it with screws.
Install the right and left support of a transmission.
Tighten the transmission to the engine.

After opening for the starter screw three bolts securing the converter (see. Fig. 9.21). To access the bolt each subsequent turn the crankshaft 1/3 turn in the direction of its working rotation at central bolt of crankshaft pulley.
Install the starter.
Secure the oil pipes on the engine and gearbox.

Set the engine speed sensor G28 (see. Fig. 9.19).
Connect an electric socket to the gauge of the speedometer.
Install and secure the bracket bolt selector lever cable.

Connect the electrical connector to the multifunction switch 1 (see. Fig. 9.20).
Connect the electrical connector shielded wires to gearbox and secure it with a clamp 2 (Fig. 9.20).

All-wheel drive vehicles
Bolted to the flange of the propeller shaft transfer case.
Set thermofilter propeller shaft.

All models
Install the front wheels.
Screw the upper part of a reception exhaust pipe.
Replace the oxygen sensors in the left and right intake exhaust pipes.

Replace the cover 5 (see. Fig. 9.17) of the air filter.
Install the air tube connecting the air filter housing and the suction line 4 (see. Fig. 9.17).

Install the ACF valve into the bracket and connect it to the electrical connector 2 (see. Fig. 9.17).
Connect the electrical connector 3 (see. Fig. 9.17) to the air flow meter (see. Fig. 9.17).
Install the air tube connecting the air filter and the front transverse panel 1 (see. Fig. 9.17).
Fit the expansion tank.
Install the engine cover.
Connect the connection with "weight".
Turn on the radio and enter the code.
Lift up the power window glass until it stops. Then click on all window switches again for at least 1, in the closed position of the control unit to activate windows.
