Check the ignition coil

You will need a tester or ohmmeter.
1. Disconnect from the terminals "1" and "4" of the ignition coil high-voltage wires ...
2. ... and measure the resistance of the secondary winding by connecting an ohmmeter to conclusions. Resistance should be 5.0-6.0 ohms.
3. Repeat the test findings to "2" and "3".
4. If the resistance of at least one of the secondary windings differs from specified, replace the ignition coil (see. "Removing and installing ignition coils").
5. Connect the high-voltage wires in place.

NOTE
Before installation, lubricate the tip of high-voltage wires grease, such as petroleum jelly.
