Removing and installing starter



The starter clutch housing mounted on the rear side of the power unit.
You will need: the key "13", Allen head "10", "13".
1. Disconnect a wire from the plug "minus" of the storage battery.
2. Remove the nut of the power wires ...
3. ... and remove the wire from the contact bolt traction relay.
4. Remove the nut securing the control wires ...
5. ... and disconnect the wire from the traction relay.
6. Remove the two nuts (the second nut is located on the opposite side of the starter housing on the upper stud nut secured an additional wire of "weight", be sure to set it in place during assembly) ...
7. ... and remove the starter.
8. Place the starter in reverse order of removal.
