Replacement of locks, latches, and trunk lid lock switch



You will need: the key "10" (easier to face head), flat-blade screwdriver.
1. To remove the lock, remove the lid end panel lining (see. "Removal and installation of facing the boot").
2. From inside the luggage compartment, remove the two screws on the lock of a back panel of the amplifier ...
3. ... and bring the castle to the outside through a window pane.
4. Bring the cable end of the lock actuator arm slot ...
5. ... the tip of the sheath from the slot of the lock case and remove the lock.
6. Install the lock in the reverse order of removal.
7. If the lock is clearly closes the trunk lid or, conversely, unlocks with difficulty, adjust the length of the sheath lock actuator, which through the window of a back panel of the amplifier, remove the tip of the shell from the slot of the lock case and move it to another position. When fuzzy Locking move the tip in the direction of the lever lock when unlocking is difficult - in the opposite direction.
8. Refit the rear end panel (see. "Removal and installation of facing the boot").
9. If slamming the tailgate is accompanied by a blow on the latch lock lever, adjust the position of the castle, which from inside the trunk, loosen the two lock bolts ...
10. ... and by moving the lock in the transverse direction, achieve non-impact collapse. Then tighten the lock bolts.
11. To remove the lock latch inside the trunk lid latch unbuckle traction lock switch ...
12. ... and remove the rod from the lever switch.
13. Disconnect limit switch latch.
14. Remove the two screws securing the latch to the amplifier lid ...

NOTE
Right screw fastening latches both fixed and "mass" wire. Do not forget to set it into place in the back of the latch.

15. ... and lift the latch.
16. If the latch removed for replacement, disconnect from her arm thrust of the external drive, unfastened the lock rod and move the rod to the new clip.
17. Install the latch lock of the trunk and all the removed parts in reverse order of removal.
18. To remove the lock switch, disconnect the boot from his arm to pull the latch lock (see. Nos. 11 and 12).
19. Remove the two nuts securing the switch to the outer lid panel ...
20. ... and remove the switch.
21. To replace the cylinder or the spring switch, remove the cylinder liner retainer by prying it with a screwdriver.
22. Insert the key into the cylinder switch ...
23. ... remove the shank lever 1 and, if necessary, the spring 2 with the breaker body.
24. Remove the cylinder from the breaker enclosure.
25. Assemble and install the switch lock lid and all the removed parts in reverse order of removal.

NOTE
Before assembly, lubricate the cylinder breaker silicone grease.
