The center console dashboard

Set the lever of the parking brake system to its highest position and remove the console, lifting it from the rear. Disconnect the cigarette lighter connector. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

The instrument panel is designed as a single piece and a metal frame with the energy absorbing layer of polyurethane foam, which is lined on the outside with decorative film.

Removal and installation of the instrument cluster Install the steering column in the down position.

Remove the hood of the instrument cluster by unscrewing the bolts (Fig. 8.65). Remove the screws that secure the instrument cluster and remove it from the slot.

Disconnect the connectors for the instrument cluster and remove a combination of devices (Fig. 8.66). Installation is carried out in reverse order. WARNINGS When using a screwdriver blade to wrap it with a cloth to avoid damaging parts. To protect your hands, wear gloves. |
Take care not to damage the instrument panel.
Removal and installation of the bottom facing of the panel of devices Install the steering column to the top position. Remove the sill trim and door lower trim pillar.

Remove the two screws and the two screws securing the bottom lining, self-disconnect connector housing and the bonnet cable and remove the lower trim panel of devices (Fig. 8.68). Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Removal and installation of the glove compartment Open the glove box.

Remove the glove box by removing the screws that secure the hinge of the box. Install the glove box is held in reverse order of removal.
Removal and installation of the bottom facing of the central console, instrument panel Remove the lower trim center console instrument panel by removing the screw that secures the driver's side. Installation of the bottom facing of the central console, instrument panel is held in reverse order of removal.

Removing and installing center console facing the instrument panel Remove the glovebox. Remove the lower trim center console dashboard. Disconnect the cables drive gates Ventilation and heating the interior of the respective actuator arm flaps.

With the help of a stripper remove the central console, starting with the lower part (Fig. 8.70). Disconnect connectors switches the center console and instrument panel trim, remove the center console. Set facing the instrument panel center stack is held in reverse order of removal.

Removal and installation of audio unit Remove the glovebox. Remove the lower trim dashboard. Remove the trim center console dashboard.

Disconnect the connectors for audio unit and remove it. Installing the audio system is carried out in reverse order.

Removal and installation of the instrument panel beam Remove the steering wheel airbag module. Remove the lower trim dashboard. Remove the glovebox. Remove the lower trim center console dashboard. Remove the trim center console dashboard. Remove the radio. Remove Face facing the instrument panel.

Remove the instrument panel by unscrewing the nine bolts of its fastening four bolts located (two) end caps for panel trim. Installation of the instrument panel is carried out in reverse order.

Facing pillar Remove A-pillar trim with the help of a stripper facing.
Facing the front door sill Cars with five-door body Remove the front door sill lining, disconnecting the three mounting clip. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Vehicles with three-door body

Remove the front door sill lining, disconnecting the five mounting clamps (Fig. 8.75). Installation is carried out in reverse order.
A-pillar lower trim Remove the front door sill lining. Remove the lower A-pillar trim by removing its fastening clamp. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Facing the rear door sill Cars with five-door body

Remove the sill trim back door by removing the mounting screws and unplugging the holder (Fig. 8.76). Installation is carried out in reverse order. Vehicles with three-door body

Remove the rear sill trim by removing the bolts (Fig. 8.77). Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Lower trim body Remove the front door sill lining. Remove the rear door sill trim.

Remove the lower mounting belt (Fig. 8.78), the front seat, remove the clamp and remove the pillar lower trim (Fig. 8.79). Tightening torque of bolts fastening the lower front seat belt 40-50 Nm. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Upper trim body Remove the front door sill lining. Remove the rear door sill trim. Remove the lower B-pillar trim. Remove the lining of the top fastening the front seat belt, unscrew the bolt and remove the upper trim. Tightening torque bolts front seat belt 40-50 Nm. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Facing sidewall (vehicles with three-door body) Remove the front sill trim. Remove the rear sill trim. Remove facing bolt belt anchorage. Loosen the lower mounting screw and belt, remove the rear quarter panel trim.
Luggage cover Disconnect the cables holding the shelf and remove the shelf, pull it up. Installing the shelf is held in reverse order of removal.
The rear luggage compartment lining Remove the luggage compartment. Remove the luggage compartment floor mat. Remove the rear luggage compartment trim by removing the mounting screws. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
The side facing the luggage compartment Remove the rear door sill trim. Fold the rear seat forward. Remove the trunk mat. Remove the rear luggage compartment trim. Remove the lamp lighting the luggage compartment.

Unscrew the luggage compartment floor, loosen the bolts of the bottom fastening the rear seat belt and using a puller, remove the side trim luggage compartment (Fig. 8.80 and 8.81). Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Facing the rear pillar Cars with five-door body

Remove the seat belt mounting bolt middle rear seats.

With the help of a stripper remove facing the rear pillar (Fig. 8.83). Installation is carried out in reverse order. Vehicles with three-door body Remove the rear sill trim. Remove the rear quarter panel trim. Remove the rear luggage compartment trim. Remove the side trim luggage. Remove the two screws, unscrew the bolt belt middle rear seats and remove the C-pillar trim.
Sun visors Remove the screws that secure the sun visor, clear visor and holder. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Handrails Move aside the trim screws that secure the rail and lift it with a screwdriver.

Installation is carried out in reverse order. Overhead console

Remove the room lamp diffuser by gently prying it with a flat-blade screwdriver (Fig. 8.85).

Remove the two screws on the console (Fig. 8.86), disconnect the connector and remove the roof console. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Headlining To remove the headlining clear the following details: - Front seat; - backseat; - The roof console; - Lining the front pillars; - The front door sill lining; - The rear door sill lining; - Front seat belts; - Lower and upper B-pillar cladding; - Lower the seat belt anchors the rear seat; - Rear luggage trim; - Seat belt anchor the middle rear seats; - The side facing the luggage compartment; - Facing the rear pillars; - The sun visors and handrails. Remove the headlining disconnecting holders. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Seats The front seats

Refitting Remove the four screws on the front seat. Tightening torque of the front seat bolts 35-55 Nm. Disconnect the connector control lamp seat belt and remove the front seat. Installation of the front seats is carried out in reverse order.
Backseat Refitting

Tightening torque bolts rear seat 35-55 Nm. Fold the rear seat and remove it from the vehicle through the door opening.
Seat belts Precautions when handling belts Mechanically pretensioner After pretensioner operation is not allowed re-use of the belt, replace the new belt. When removing the belt, do not pull the strap - it can cause accidental operation of the pretensioner, damage parts and hand injuries. Do not disassemble and repair the pretensioner. When installing the belt after screwing (without tightening) bolts need to pull up at least 500 mm on the belt spool (after installing it can be pulled out of the coil). After installing the belt and pulled out of the reel of 2,000 mm belt (center lower mounting plate to the center of the coil) can cause a small spurt triggered pretensioner. Installation height pretensioner should not exceed 40 cm. Do not take up more than one pretensioner.
Precautions when handling belts with pyrotechnic After pretensioner operation is not allowed re-use of the belt, replace the new belt. When removing the belt, do not pull the strap - it can cause accidental operation of the pretensioner, damage parts and hand injuries. Prohibited disassembly and repair pretensioner. Connect the battery only after the installation of the pretensioner. When removing the pretensioner, do the following: - Make sure the power is off and the ignition is switched off; - Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery; - Wait at least one minute; - Disconnect the connector of the gas generator, unscrew the bolt and remove the pretensioner. Installation is carried out in reverse order.

Removing and installing front seat belt Before removing the belt Remove the following: - The front door sill lining; - Rear door sill lining; - The lower trim of the B-pillar; - Upper trim body. Remove the front seat belt. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
Removal and installation of seat belts rear seat side Before removing the belt Remove the following: - Rear luggage trim; - The side facing the luggage compartment; - C-pillar trim. Remove the belt side rear seats. Installation is carried out in reverse order. Removal and installation of seat belt middle rear seats Before removing the belt Remove the following: - Rear luggage trim; - The side facing the luggage compartment; - C-pillar trim. Remove the belt middle rear seats. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
