Removal and installation of a manual predach



Withdrawal
Remove the drain plug and drain the oil from the gearbox.
Remove the clutch slave cylinder.
Remove the air filter assembly.
Remove the battery and battery tray.

Disconnect the selector cable and shift cable (Fig. 3.37).

Connector reversing light switch

Disconnect the connector reversing light switch (Fig. 3.38).
Disconnect the speedometer cable.
Disconnect the clutch cable or tube clutch.
Remove the bottom guard of the engine and the side cover CPR.
Remove the front and rear engine mount assembly.
Remove the left and right front wheel assembly.
Remove the bolt front strut to knuckle.
Remove the drive shafts.

Remove the starter (Fig. 3.39).

Securing engine on a special device

Fix the engine on a special device (traverse 09200-38001) for the mounting brackets (Fig. 3.40).
Remove gearbox support (left).
Remove the upper bolt gearbox.

Remove the protective cover of the transaxle case (Fig. 3.41).
Install a gearbox with gear strut (T / M Jack).
Remove the lower bolt gearbox.
Remove the clutch cover and clutch disc.
Remove the flywheel.
Remove the gearbox.

Setting
Installation of parts made in the reverse order of removal.
