Withdrawal

Remove the floor console assembly.

Remove the pins and clips gearbox control cables from the gear lever.

Remove the shift lever assembly.

Remove the bolt and the intermediate gearbox control cable bracket on bulkhead.

Remove the pins and cable lock gearbox control (Transmission).

Remove the cables gear selection (Fig. 3.44).

Check

Check the gear selector cable and check for damage.

Check the shift cable and check for damage.

Check anthers gearbox control cables for damage.

Check each sleeve for wear, abrasion, seizure, difficulty moving or damage.

Check the spring for wear or damage.

Setting

Install the shift lever assembly.

Install cables and gear selection.
