Removal, check and installation of an inlet collector
Withdrawal Remove the soundproofing engine cover.
Disconnect the air intake hose from the throttle body (Fig. 2.200). Disconnect the cable of the accelerator pedal. Disconnect the hose PCV and brake booster vacuum hose.
Disconnect vacuum hoses, wiring harness connector servo controller turns of idling and the harness connector throttle position sensor (Fig. 2.201). Before disconnecting the fuel hose from a high pressure fuel manifold bleed residual pressure from the high pressure to prevent splashing of fuel. Remove the intake manifold bracket. Remove the intake manifold assembly and gasket. Disconnect the harness connector at the fuel injectors.

ATTENTION Be careful not to drop the fuel injectors when removing the reservoir. |

Setting Replace the intake manifold gasket and install a new intake manifold in place.

Install fuel manifold with injectors. Connect the harness connector at the fuel injectors. Install the intake manifold support bracket. Connect the fuel high-pressure hose. Connect the hose PCV and brake booster vacuum hose. Connect the air inlet tube to the throttle body. Connect the cable of the accelerator pedal. Connect the harness connector at the servo controller turns of idling and the harness connector throttle position sensor.
