Removal, check and installation of the exhaust manifold

Withdrawal

Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield.

Remove the exhaust manifold assembly with a cylinder head.

Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.

Check

Check exhaust manifold for cracks and damage.

On models with a catalytic converter, check the weld between the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter for cracks and damage.

Setting

Install the exhaust manifold is made in reverse order of removal.
