Unscrew the clips support cable of an accelerator (Fig. 7.74).
Unscrew the drive ATP remove the actuator.
Installation is performed in reverse order.

Check
main switch SPPS

Driving test the main switch SPPS
Fig. 7.75. Driving test the main switch SPPS

Check the circuit breaker in accordance with the table in Figure 7.75.
If the test results are negative, replace the switch.

Check the brake light switch

Driving test brake light switch

Check the circuit breaker when the button is pressed and released, the switch (Fig. 7.76).

Verifying
Check and adjustment of the system is carried out at off of electrical loads.
Warm up the engine to stabilize idling speed. Check the speed technical standards.
Switch off the ignition.
Make sure there are no sharp bends control cables.
Press the accelerator pedal: the throttle lever must move from stop to stop smoothly, without jerks.
Check the adjustment of the tension cables.
If there is excessive slack or in the absence of slack, adjust the tension of the cables.

Instructions for troubleshooting
When a large slack ropes when driving to the mountain will be a significant drop in speed
In the absence of slack rope idling speed is higher than the norm.

Cable Adjustment
Connect the cable to the traction roller drive.
Pull the braid to the rope slack rope. Screw the nut ?b? to touch the bracket.

Driving adjusting accelerator cable
Fig. 7.77. Driving adjusting accelerator cable

Release nut ?b? one turn (Fig. 7.77).
Tighten the lock nut "A".
As a result of actions of the deflection of a cable between the roller and bracket should be about 1 mm (roller drive gets in focus)
