Removal, check and installation of the electric motor radiator fan
Withdrawal Disconnect the battery. Disconnect the fan motor and release the wire from the clip deflector. Models with automatic transmission: Disconnect the hose from the vent cooling ATF. Remove the four screws on the deflector. Remove baffle with an electric motor. Remove the retaining ring and remove the fan.
Remove the three screws that secure the motor, remove the electric motor (Fig. 2.162).

Verify that the fan heatsink is rotated when the motor is supplied to the findings of the battery voltage (Fig. 2.163). Check the ambient noise in the motor Proverkarele fan motor
Remove the relay of the fan speed control to the relay box in the engine compartment (Fig. 2.164).

Check the closed circuit between terminals 2 and 4 relays. Check the relay circuit as shown in Table 2.8.
Setting Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.

NOTE When installing, do not allow contact with the fan baffle. After installation, check the operation of the assembly (Fig. 2.166). |
