Tightening the cylinder head



Tightening the cylinder head bolts

Loosen all the bolts and tighten them to the specified torque (Fig. 2.200).
Tightening torque cylinder head bolts (engine temperature is about 20 ?� C): 25 N ?� m + (58-62 ?�) + (43-47 ?�).
When tightening the cylinder head bolts used combined Torque - angle method for tightening.

Tighten the bolts in the sequence shown in Figure 2.201.

NOTE
Warm up the engine to operating temperature. After cooling of the engine, repeat the procedure for tightening bolts.
