Structural elements of the hatch is shown in Fig. 7.17.
Withdrawal
To remove the hatch sequentially remove the following items:
- The bulb top interior lighting;
- The sun visor and the internal rear-view mirror;
- Resistant finish;
- Auxiliary handle.
Unscrew the nuts and remove the decoration of the glass panel.
Tightening torque - 4-6 Nm.

Disconnect the drain hose (Fig. 7.18).
Remove the bolts and unscrew the nut, remove the hatch assembly.
Tightening torque of the mounting bolts of the hatch - 7-11 Nm, nuts hatch - 4-6 Nm.

A WARNING
Removing the hatch spend very carefully, so as not to damage the adjacent elements of the car.

Remove the gutter (Fig. 7.19).
Remove the stopper movement of the hatch.
Remove the sun hood.

Remove the screws and remove manhole guide assembly (Fig. 7.20).
Remove the deflector.

Remove the screws and remove the motor drive of the hatch assembly (Fig. 7.21).

A WARNING
When removing the motor drive sunroof rail assembly must be in the fully latched position. If there is a discrepancy between the position of the glass and the electric motor in the fully closed position, the hatch will not work correctly.

Setting
Installation is performed in reverse order of removal.

Make sure that the limit switch (LS1 and LS2) of the electric motor is completely closed (Fig. 7.22). Align the center of the guide roller and the guide marks in the fully latched position.

Check the action of the hatch after installation
If the glass panel sunroof moves slowly, check the status and adjust the door.
Make sure the battery is fully charged.
Ensure that the guide hatch no abrasive particles.
Make sure that when you open the rear glass panel part does not touch on the roof. Otherwise, completely open the glass panel and slide the front.

A WARNING
If the limiter is moved too far ahead, possible failure or leaking hatch. Make sure that the gap between the glass panel and the roof panel is not more than 0.3 mm.

Measure the force generated by the engine when moving hatch and turn the adjusting nut motor, adjust it to 15-25 kg (Fig. 7.23).
After the adjustment, lock nut safety washer.

Adjusting the hatch
Check that the difference between the height of the glass panels and the roof is in the following ranges:
- Front - 0 (0, -1.0) mm;
- Rear - 0 (1; 0) mm.
If the position of the glass panel with respect to the roof panel is out of tolerance, adjust the position of the glass panel as follows:

- Loosen the front and rear glass panel mounting screws and adjust the height of the glass panel with respect to the roof panel (Fig. 7.24).

- Loosen the nuts of the glass panel, and adjust the gap between the glass panel and the roof panel (Fig. 7.25).
