Check the fluid level

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Place the vehicle on a flat, horizontal surface.
2. Start the engine and warm up the power steering fluid to a temperature of 50 ~ 60 ? C. Turn the steering wheel from lock to lock several times.
3. With the engine idling, turn the steering wheel from lock to lock several times.
4. Check that the power steering reservoir no foaming.

5. Turn off the engine and check the difference of liquid levels in a tank during operation or when the engine is off.
  1. If the difference in fluid levels greater than 5 mm, remove air from a hydraulic drive power steering.
  2. If the fluid level rises suddenly after the engine is switched off, it does not require further pumping hydraulic drive power steering.
  3. Incomplete bleeding hydraulically assisted steering leads to the noise emitted by the pump and reduces the life of the pump.
