PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the high-voltage wire from the ignition coil. Periodically turn the starter for 15-20 seconds and at the same time 5-6 times turn a steering wheel from lock to lock.
  1. In the process of pumping the liquid is constantly top up to the level in the reservoir does not fall below the filter settings.
  2. If pumping perform when the engine crankshaft is not rotating, the air is again dissolved in the liquid. Ensure that you are pumping at the time of cranking the engine.

2. Connect the high-voltage wire to the ignition coil, start up the engine and let it run at idle speed.
3. Turn the steering wheel from lock to lock several times. Make sure that the liquid does not foam and its level has not gone down.

To avoid damage, do not hold the steering wheel turned fully for longer than 10 seconds.

4. Make sure that the liquid does not have a milky color, and the level is between the marks on the dipstick.
5. Check that there is a slight change in the fluid level when the steering wheel to the left and right sides.

  1. If the fluid level varies considerably, repeat pumping hydraulic power steering.
  2. If the fluid level rises suddenly after the engine stops, it means that the system still has the air.
  3. If the hydraulic drive the power steering has the air when the pump will hear background noise. Air in the system will reduce the life of the pump and other parts.
