Replacing the steering column switch



You will need a Phillips screwdriver with a blade.
1. Disconnect a wire from the plug ?�-?� the storage battery.

2. Remove the steering wheel (see. "Removing and installing the steering wheel").
3. Remove the steering column covers (see. "Removal and installation of the column cover").

4. Disconnect the pads Harness steering column switch.
5. Press the latch and disconnect the connector with a wire switch audio signals from the rotary switch.

6. Press tab harness pads contact the disc, as shown in the photos ...
7. ... and disconnect the connector.

8. Print the harness contact disc from the holder.
9. Remove the screws that secure the rotary switch to the steering column switch housing ...

10. ... and remove the pin drive.

WARNINGS
Replacing the steering column switch
When installing the steering wheel to the steering shaft of the rotary switch must be in the neutral (middle) position but should be combined mobile and fixed 1 2 tags. To set the rotary switch to the neutral (middle) position, move the moving parts clockwise until it stops, then move it in the opposite direction 2.5 turns. Incorrect installation can cause damage to the rotary switch.
Contact neremontoprigoden drive, so if it fails, replace the disk assembly a new one.

HELPFUL ADVICE
In order to prevent mutual displacement of the moving parts of the rotary switch after its removal, fix them with adhesive tape.

11. Remove the three screws that secure the ...

13. Set the switches and all the parts in reverse order of removal.
