Withdrawal



Remove the battery cover.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Remove the bottom cover together with the mudguard.
Drain the engine coolant.
Secure the coolant expansion tank so that it does not interfere with work.
Remove the power steering reservoir with hoses.
Remove the power steering pump with hoses and tubes.
Disconnect the connector of the crankshaft position sensor.
Place the wiring harness of the oil control valve so that it does not interfere with work.
Put the accelerator cable bracket so that it does not interfere with work.
Remove the following:
- The front wheel (right);
- drive belt;
- The air filter unit PCM and duct intake system;
- The ignition coil;
- generator;
- The water pump;
- Drive chain timing.

Remove the oil pump and gasket (Fig. 2.295).
