Check automatic belt tensioner



Remove the drive belt.

Check for smooth movement of the automatic belt tensioner in the operational direction (Fig. 2.76).
Turn the pulley belt automatic tensioner by hand and make sure that it rotates smoothly.
Replace automatic drive belt tensioner if necessary.
Install the drive belt.
