Checking the brake fluid hydraulic drive braking system



Brake fluid reservoir is located in the engine compartment.
The tank has a transparent body, so the brake fluid level can be controlled from the outside.
The brake fluid level must always be closer to the mark "MAX".
If the brake fluid level is too low, before removing the plug from the expansion tank with a clean cloth, wipe the stopper and place about plug from contamination, to prevent contaminants entering the hydraulic circuit brake.
Top up with recommended brake fluid to the reservoir. Mixing different types of brake fluid may damage the hydraulic system.
Brake hoses should be inspected at least twice a year.
To prevent a sudden failure of the braking system, carefully check the condition of all piping and connections, paying particular attention to the following:
Metal pipelines should not have scratches and corrosion and should be kept away from sharp edges that may damage them.
Brake hose must be elastic and have no cracks and tears and is firmly embedded in the handpiece. Thread the hose must not be damaged. If the brake pedal is pressed the hose is inflated, then broken cords. If any of these defects in the hose must be replaced. The hose should not fall into the mineral oil and grease-dissolving rubber.
All bracket pipelines should be safe and well secured. Loose brackets or destruction leads to vibration of pipelines, which causes them damage.
Not allowed drain the brake fluid from the master cylinder connections with pipelines and tank.
If damage is found, replace the damaged parts with new ones. Flexible hoses, regardless of their status, are replaced by new after 120 thousand. Km or after five years of operation of the vehicle to prevent sudden breaks due to aging of rubber. Brake Hose, rubbing of the suspension parts to wear out and eventually fails.
To check, use a mirror and light.
