Adjust the preload in the bearing



Install the bearing race primary and secondary shaft in the crankcase of the main transfer (gasket removed).
Install the clutch housing to eye transmission in the block with the main transfer, set the differential bearing race into the clutch housing. Place a piece of pipe on the bearing race and press in until it stops in the clutch housing.

Install the bearing race in the special tool (selector) as shown in Figure Fig. 3.55.

NOTE
Turn the selector to eliminate the gap indicated by the arrow in Figure 3.55.
