System depletion fuel ratio when the vehicle is in neutral gear

Valve depletion of the fuel mix of idling cars equipped with manual transmission. The valve is designed for additional air into the inlet when the accelerator is released and the overrun, so that the exhaust gases is reduced levels of hydrocarbons and carbon monoxide.

Malfunction of the depletion of the mixture may cause unstable operation and increase the speed of the crankshaft of the engine idling and the continuation of the engine after the ignition is switched off.

Replacement of components

Valve obednitelya

Remove the air filter and remove the wire from the negative battery terminal.

Remove the screws holding the valve obednitelya to the carburetor. Disconnect from the valve plug and move it to the side. Replace the O-ring in place.

Install the new valve in the reverse order of removal.

Switch economizer system overrun

Remove the air filter and remove the wire from the negative battery terminal.

Remove the screws holding the switch to the carburetor. Disconnect the connector from the switch and move it to the side.

Install new switch in reverse order of removal. Before installing the air filter, check the adjustment switch in accordance with the description set forth in Sec. 2.
