Maintenance Plan



Regular inspection
- Pour the liquid in a tank washer.
- Check the wiper and washer.
- Check the engine oil level.
- Check the coolant level and top up if necessary.
- Check the fluid level power steering.
- Check the tire pressure.
- Check the brakes.
- Check the brake fluid level.
- Check the marker, near and far light.
- Check the reversing lights and rear fog lights.
- Check the braking signal and turn indicators.
- Check the alarm.
- Check the horn.
- Check equipment.
THAT every 15 000 km
or annually
- Check the correct position of the wiper is not in active as well as his work.
- Check the operation of electrical appliances, switches, displays and other controls.
- Lubricate the parts of door locks.
- Check the level of electrolyte in the battery and if necessary add distilled water.
- Check the tightness of the cooling system.
- Check the cleanliness of the radiator tank and drainer and clean if necessary.
- Change the engine oil and oil filter.
- Check the engine lubrication system for leaks.
- Check the exhaust system for the presence of breakdowns and damages.
- Check the condition of the shock absorbers.
- Check the condition of the tires.

- Check for oil leaks from the mechanical gearbox.
- Check the oil level in an automatic transmission.
- Check the oil level in rear axle.

- Check the condition of the cuff and play tips of steering drafts.
- Check the condition of the anthers and play ball bearings.
- Check the wheel bearing play.
- Adjust the clearance of the front wheel bearings.

- Check the seals of the rack steering.
- Replace the air filter in the passenger compartment.
- Check the condition of the lower guard. If you want to repair in the workshop.
Additional MOT every 60 000 km
- Replace the spark plug (models with 4-cylinder engines of release with 03.1997 g).
- Replace the hydraulic fluid in the automatic transmission (model of release till 03.1997 except ACP 722.6 (from 06.1995 till 03.1996 g).
- Clean the air filter and replace the replaceable element.
- Replace the fuel filter.
- Replace the fuel strainer.
- Check the wear of the clutch.
- Replace the brake fluid.
- Clean and lubricate the guides sunroof.
Then every 80 000 km
- Replace the air filter
- Replace the fuel filter of the petrol engine and the fuel pre-filter of the diesel engine.
THAT every 120 000 km or every 4 years
- Replace the liquid cooling system.
- Check the tank vent
- Check the oil level in the gearbox.
