Replacement cuff primary (driving) shaft gearbox



Similar works are carried out, if necessary, replace the cover of the bearing of a primary shaft. The reason could be oil stains, which is primarily determined by oiling the clutch, since most of the oil is leaked from the interior of the KP.

To replace the cuffs to be removed KP. Once removed from the ball stud clutch fork, you can unscrew the guide sleeve of the gearbox. This sleeve, which is essentially an input shaft bearing cover is retained shown in Fig. 192 bolts.
Remove the cuff and install a new one. Surface installation lubricate the cuffs multi-purpose grease. For pressing cuff cover suitable to use the diameter of the mandrel, to be installed at the top edge. Replace the cover and tighten the bolts to 10 Nm. On the shaft splines apply a little grease. Then reinstall the release fork.
