Fig. 290. Removal and installation of the main brake cylinder 1 - plug brake fluid reservoir; 2 - the brake fluid reservoir; 3 - the master cylinder; 4 - union nut pipe 12-16 Nm; 5 - Nut M8 25-28 Nm; 6 - a sealing ring (always to be replaced); 7 - hydraulic hose; 8 - hose clamp; 9 - liquid level sensor plug

The main brake cylinder mounted to the body of the vacuum amplifier and can be removed from the engine compartment. In Fig. 290 shows the details of the master cylinder with the amplifier. When removing the brake master cylinder, proceed as follows:

- Disconnect the brake fluid level from the brake master cylinder;
- Put one end of the hose to the bleeder valve one of the front brake, the other end dipped in the prepared container. Unscrew the union and, by pressing the brake pedal to pump fluid from the system. It is also possible to pump liquid from a tank with a blower, as shown previously. This cylinder is put under a cloth to liquid droplets do not fall on parts of the engine;
- Pinch clamp the hose leading to the brake fluid reservoir;

- Opening his mount out of the tank (Fig. 291), remove it;
- Remove lines from the master cylinder and carefully take them away. The ends to protect against dirt. Again, make sure that the brake fluid drops were not included in detail in the engine compartment. When assembling the coupling nuts pipes wrapped torque 12-16 Nm;
- Unscrew the cylinder and remove it by tilting away from the push rod. Make sure the cylinder is not rolled over and got out of the stock seat. Remove the O-ring located behind the cylinder.
The installation should be carried out in reverse order. The sealing ring is always replaced. Bolts tighten to 25 Nm. Stem amplifier requires no special installation in the cylinder. Finally, insert the tank, fill with brake fluid and bleed the system, as will be described hereinafter. The amount of the brake fluid fashion. 412D is 0.4 liters, for other models - the 0.3 liter.
