Removing and installing amplifier

Work on removing the amplifier is largely similar to the above-described work on the removal of the master cylinder, the more so that the latter must be removed before removing the amplifier. When the guided Fig. 300.
After removing the master cylinder to remove the pin and remove the thumb pusher 5, unscrew the mounting nut 4 of the pedal cover. Remove located to the rear of the gasket 3.
The assembly is carried out in reverse order. When installing, take care not to pinch the wire warning light brake fluid level. 4 mounting nuts wrapped torque 25-28 Nm.
After starting the engine check the operation of the amplifier, as described above.
Sometimes the brake fluid from the master cylinder enters the amplifier. If, after removal it found that in the amplifier was more than 100 ml of brake fluid necessary to replace the amplifier.
