Installing the arm



To install the lower control arm must do the following:

Attach the front of the bar arm

- Place the lever on the jack. Raise the jack, the front bar of the lever to enter into eyelets. Through the openings in the lugs and the bearing pin set lever from the side shown in Fig. 209, the washer and tighten the nut. Then lower the jack;

- To get back in the eye of the lever bar, set the finger, as shown in Fig. 210, on the other hand to set him washer and tighten the nut by hand;
- Secure upper triangular plate (without anti-roll bar or with him), and tighten the three bolts to 40-50 N ?� m;
- Connect the hub assembly and the arm, ball joint nut finger tighten to 280-300 Nm;
- To substitute the jack under the lever and lift up to the site of attachment to the strut. Four bolts tightened evenly torque 300-320 Nm;
- To set the finger tip of steering draft, tighten the nut and tighten to 120-130 Nm;
- Set the brake caliper. Bolts tightened to 175-205 Nm;
- Set the wheels, lower the car and tighten the wheel bolts torque of 160-180 Nm.
