The following describes the removal of the front axle assembly. This is necessary only if the car was in an accident. Many pieces of the bridge can be removed without dismantling the whole of the assembly. In Fig. 198 shows strut. When disassembling should be borne in mind that the front axle is quite heavy, so use a jack or other lifting devices must have adequate capacity.
