Leak test system

Because sometimes the liquid can flow out of the system, a small test will help determine the cause of leakage. Check the tightness of the system should be carried out with an assistant as follows:
- Assistant should turn the steering wheel in both directions from stop to stop, briefly holding the steering wheel in extreme positions. This system forms the maximum pressure, which also allows you to identify the source of a leak;
- Check the area below the car steering. After removing the covers from the steering, check the site of attachment of steering drafts, sealing rings rack, power steering pump and place the hose connections. Spot oil in these areas indicate a leak.
