Removing and installing door locks



Tighten the screws on the front door lock

Remove the door trim panel and seal. Disconnect rod that connects the outside door handle to lock the door. Remove the three screws securing the lock to the front door panel (Fig. 9.28), or the rear door (Fig. 9.29). Remove the central locking mechanism. Disconnect rod connecting the inside door handle to the door lock mechanism. Remove the lock.
Installing a security procedure in the reverse of removal.
