Checking the ignition timing



PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Slide the protection of the wiring of the ignition coil of 1st cylinder.
  1. Connect the stroboscope to the electrical wiring in accordance with the illustration.
  1. Check the ignition timing and the indicator marks on the crankshaft pulley.

Tags for checking ignition timing (engines 1.0 and 1.2 liters
with Manual transmission)

B - Tags to check the ignition timing (1.2 liter engines with Manual transmission
and 1.4 l)
