Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove nut 22 (see. Fig. The gear change mechanism of an automatic transmission) cable clip and disconnect the wire 25.
2. Remove the bolts pads 3.
3. Raise the cover 3 and pushed to the side.
4. Remove the retaining ring 9.
5. Disconnect the cable.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of cable shift is carried out in reverse order, with the following.
2. Install a new retaining ring 9.
3. Adjust cable before tightening the nuts 22.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Place the lever 7 shift in position ?P?.
2. Set the lever 19 to stop corresponding to the position ?P?.
3. Tighten the nut 22.

Adjusting the ropes pedal "gas" and the throttle for diesel engines

A warning

The adjustment is made at the adjusted maximum and idling engine speed.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Start the engine and warm it up to operating temperature.
2. Set the lever 7 (see. Fig. The gear change mechanism of an automatic transmission) shift in position ?P?.
3. Apply the parking brake.
4. Loosen the lock nut 8 (see. Fig. The gear lever) and the adjusting nut on the security cable 1 pedal "gas" and disconnect the cable from the lever 6 5.
5. Remove the safety clip 1 (see. Fig. A rope of the throttle) to insert a lever 2.
6. Adjust the cable stroke by a distance a = 32 ? 1 mm (see. Fig. Adjustment of the throttle) by moving the lever in the longitudinal bore 2 finger 1 cable. I position the lever 2 corresponds to the idling speed, and Regulation II - maximum speed.
7. Install safety clip 1 (see. Fig. A rope of the throttle) to insert the lever 2.
8. Push the rubber cap 4.
9. Loosen the nuts 5 and 6.
10. Install the shift lever, located on the gearbox in neutral.
11. Push the cable sheath 7 in the direction indicated by the arrow, but the idling spring 10 should not be compressed. Tighten the nuts 5 and 6.
12. Tighten the lock nut 8.
13. Attach the cable 6 (see. Fig. The shift lever) to the lever 5.
14. Squeeze the pedal "gas" until it stops (it should make a helper).
15. Rotate the adjustment nut 1 until until the lever 4 abuts the stopper.
16. Tighten the lock nut 8.

Check adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Place the lever 2 (see. Fig. Adjustment of the throttle wire) to the idle position, resting it in the stopper 3 idle speed. At the same time the shift lever on the gearbox must be in neutral position, and the spring 10 (see. Fig. A rope of the throttle) must not be compressed.
2. push the pedal "gas" so that the lever 2 (see. Fig. Adjustment of the throttle cable) ran into the limiter 4 maximum speed, but the spring 9 (see. Fig. A rope of the throttle) Kickdown system should not be compressed.
3. push the pedal "gas" until it stops. At the same time the shift lever on the gearbox must rest against the stop and the spring 9 to be compressed.
