Mechanism windshield wiper



Installation of the lever of a windscreen wiper motor

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a wire from "the minus" plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove both wiper arm 14 (see. Fig. Windscreen wiper) (refer to. Subsection 12.8.1).
3. Remove the protective cover wiper mechanism.
4. Remove nuts 10 on both cylinders.
5. Disconnect the wires from the electric motor 4 wiper.
6. Remove the bolt 6 and remove the bracket 1 with an electric motor, rollers and rods.
7. Remove the rod 9.
8. Unscrew the nut from the motor shaft 17.
9. Remove the lever 18 of the electric motor.
10. Remove the three screws 16.
11. Remove the motor 4.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Set the motor 4 on the bracket 1 and tighten the screws 16.
2. Set the lever 18 to the position shown in Fig. Installation of the lever of a windscreen wiper motor, and tighten the nut 17 (see. Fig. Windscreen wiper). Tighten the bolt with a washer 6, but do not tighten hard.
3. Install thrust 9.
4. Insert the bracket into the hole grommet 1 5.
5. Fit the washer rollers 7.
6. Set the bracket assembly 1 on the body, head with the rollers in the spacer 8, mounted in rubber bushing 5.
7. Tighten the nut torque 10 Nm 7
8. Attach the wires to the motor 4.
9. Install the wiper arm 14 (see. Subsection 12.8.1).
10. Attach a wire to "the minus" plug of the storage battery.
11. Check the operation of the wiper.
